RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA - the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. The right of withdrawal begins to run from the day you received the item. The item needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit.

To return an order:

Email us at webshop@johanochnystrom.se and specify:

  • Order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or on the invoice)
  • Your name and contact details
  • Number and name of the products that are desired to be returned
Johan & Nyström confirms that the return is permitted and sends a return slip. The customer is responsible for handing in the goods to the nearest agent without undue delay, but within 14 days at the latest. It is important that the products are packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you package your return in the same way as when the products were delivered to you. In the event that you packaged or packaged products in a substandard manner and the product is damaged during transport to Johan & Nyström, you as the customer are also responsible for the damage.

Refund

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. This is done most easily via the Klarna App. When we have received your return and checked the goods, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, including possible shipping costs (but not return shipping), at the latest within 30 days. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used, as far as possible. In cases where an order is placed against an invoice that has not yet been paid, the invoice will be cancelled. If you return fewer products than the order includes, only the value of the products that have been returned will be refunded.

7 day right of exchange - Free return shipping!

You have the right to exchange the product within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. When exchanging, you get the value of the products you return. Costs incurred by you for shipping or other services rendered are not reimbursed in connection with the right of exchange.

Should the value of the products you ordered exceed your credit balance, you must pay the difference to Johan & Nyström. In the event that the value of the products being repurchased is less than the value of the products ordered in connection with the exchange, you will be offered other goods of equivalent value. In case of exchange, Johan & Nyström offers free return shipping.

COMPLAINT

If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at webshop@johanochnystrom.se. The right to complain also covers errors that occurred during transport. Please describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you can of course complain about the product to get a new one.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. https://www.arn.se/konsument/ Errors that have arisen due to damage that the customer has caused do not count as original errors.
