The same terms apply for www.johanochnystrom.se, www.johanochnystrom.fi and www.johanochnystrom.com and will here be referred to only as johanochnystrom.se
You need to be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document to make a purchase at johanochnystrom.se. If you are under 18, you will need consent from a guardian to make a purchase. By ordering on johanochnystrom.se, you agree to available terms and conditions set out per below and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Orders are made on johanochnystrom.se. If you have questions about how you place an order, feel free to contact our customer service team at +468 530 22 440 or email email@example.com. Placed order means that you agree to our terms of purchase and consent to us saving your personal data (see below). Agreement on purchase takes place when we have confirmed the order and sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to correct orders if the delivery is not possible for any reason, and if you have made multiple orders, we retain the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package. If we at Johan & Nyström are not able to deliver your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative solution provided this is possible.
If you want to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible on +46 (0)8 530 22 440 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Change of order or cancellations must be sent to Johan & Nyström before the order is packed.
Johan & Nyström reserves the right to cancel the agreement if a customer has acted in bad faith due to inaccuracies that the customer was aware of or should have realized, such as incorrect information about prices or quantities on the website. If the cancellation clause is invoked, the customer has no right to any compensation from Johan & Nyström.
PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor or EUR, including VAT. Shipping costs will apply depending on the shipping option you select.
Any marketed offers or promotions apply as long as the stock lasts unless other terms and conditions have been stated in connection with the offer.
We at Johan & Nyström reserve us the right to correct any pricing and product information errors or otherwise on our website that are inaccurate for any reasons. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, out of stock, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographic errors on our website or in our advertisements.
All products on our website are primarily adapted for the Swedish market. This means, among other things, that the products meet Swedish environmental requirements and safety regulations. User instructions are normally included in Swedish, if required for the use of the product. Any technical specifications, specific requirements for accessories, as well as information on restrictions and seals appear on the respective product page to the extent necessary.
We use Shopify Payments, including Klarna Checkout as our payment solutions. See below for which payment options are available.

Card payments with Shopify Payments
Secure card payments with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. There are no credit card fees for customers when you pay by card on johanochnystrom.se.
Credit card payments with Shopify Payments are handled by Stripe and are certified and encrypted with AES-256. Shopify Payments uses 3D Secure when required by the issuing bank to properly approve a transaction.
3D Secure is an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It adds an authentication step to online payments by redirecting the user to the card issuer’s domain and then back to the web store’s domain to complete a payment.
Buy first, pay later with Klarna
Klarna invoices have a 14 day payment period. No invoice fee will be added. The invoice is sent when an order is shipped from our warehouse. The invoicing address should be your registered address, i.e. your resident registration address.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 plus interest for late payment will be added. Interest is at 24% plus the current reference rate. For non-payment, the case will be sent on to one of Klarna’s debt collection agencies and statutory collection fees will apply.
You can pay parts of your invoice with a Klarna account. Installments are issued from 1/24 of the order total, though at least SEK 50 per month. You can pay off the remaining sum at any point. This automatically closes your Klarna account. Full terms and conditions are available at Klarna’s website.
With Klarna Direct, you can easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank-ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we ship your goods. The service is activated by logging in at klarna.se and registering your account.
Credit checks and personal data processing by Klarna
Klarna Checkout presents certain information for you as soon as you are identified. When a credit report is made, your identity is verified by the information you provided in order to evaluate your credit rating. Credit reports made by Klarna are not visible to other banks or lenders and does not affect your credit rating in any way.
Klarna does not take any credit information on you when you:
- Register as a Klarna user
- Download the Klarna app
Klarna does make a credit check, which does not affect your credit rating, when you:
- Choose to “pay later”, within 14 days
- Apply for a Klarna Card
- Use “Klarna Direct”
- Choose to “pay in installments”
- Opt to “pay in month X”
If a credit check is made, you will be sent a copy of the report by email or letter.
Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purposes of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit checks and marketing. Social security numbers are used as your customer number for customer management purposes.

When placing your order, you agree to us storing and using your data for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you can expect from us. Johan & Nyström is responsible for storing and processing the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information you provide about yourself is used by Johan & Nyström and our partners for payment and delivery as well as for marketing purposes by Johan & Nyström.
