Iced Coffee
Iced coffee is both super easy and super delicious to make - if you know how to do it! Here we have our best recipe that works great with any brewing method. Even the electric coffee maker!
YOU WILL NEED
- 30 g coffee
- 250 g water
- 250 g ice
- Ice for serving
HOW TO MAKE
- Use you preferred hand brew method
- Grind the coffee to the right grind size if using whole beans - which is always our recommendation.
- Fill the coffee pot with ice and place the filter holder on top
- Place a paper filter and add the ground coffee to the filter
- Boil the water and pour 90 g over the coffee to begin with (bloom the coffee), let it rest for 30 seconds
- Pour the rest of the water in a circular motion
- The coffee has now been brewed directly onto the ice and cooled immediately while diluting to the perfect flavour
- Serve in a glass with ice
