Few things rival the pleasure of an iced latte, but imagine infusing it with a hint of minty chocolate – it's a journey to flavour heaven! This delightful drink is perfect for a sunny day and easy to make for those who have an espresso machine at home or in your coffee shop.

  • 4-5 cl espresso (e.g. our Bob-o-link or Birthday Roast)
  • High-quality dark mint chocolate
  • 15-20 cl of your preferred milk
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Begin by breaking the chocolate into smaller pieces.
  • Pull a double shot of espresso over the chocolate pieces.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the milk, leaving some space for the espresso.
