THE GEISHA TRIO consists of three extraordinary coffees from Graciano Cruz, each one a distinct expression of his celebrated Panama Geisha. Together, they capture the artistry and curiosity that have made Graciano one of the most influential producers in specialty coffee.
All three come from his farm Los Lajones, high on the slopes of the Barú volcano at altitudes reaching 2,100 m.a.s.l. The rich volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and slow ripening bring remarkable clarity and sweetness to the cup.
Each coffee has been processed in a different way, washed, honey, and natural, showing how Graciano’s craftsmanship and attention to detail can bring out completely different sides of the same variety.

Our partnership with Graciano goes back more than 20 years, to the very beginning of Johan & Nyström. When he first began producing natural and honey processed coffees, many were sceptical — coffee from Panama wasn’t “supposed” to taste like that. But Graciano followed his instincts, and countless producers have since followed his lead.
Today, his coffees are recognised among the finest in specialty coffee, winning awards across the world — including in the prestigious Best of Panama competition.

Jos joku rakastaa kahvia tai teetä, mikään ei ole parempi lahja kuin jokin, joka tekee hetkistä vieläkin nautittavampia. Olemme koonneet tähän parhaat “kovat paketit” – keittimiä, kuppeja, tarvikkeita ja muita asioita, jotka tuovat lämpöä pitkään sen jälkeen, kun lahjapaperi on revitty auki.
Juliga recept & kaffedrinkar
Meillä kaikki pyörii kahvin ympärillä – ja kaiken sen, mikä sopii sen kanssa yhteen. Tähän kokoamme suosikkireseptimme, sekä kahvilla että ilman. Klassisia kahvijuomia, kuumia kaakaoita, teetä ja leivonnaisia, jotka tekevät jokaisesta hetkestä vähän paremman.
Pidämme siitä, kun tuoksuu paljon, tuntuu kotitekoiselta ja saa viedä hieman aikaa. Osa resepteistä on helppoja, toiset vaativat hieman kärsivällisyyttä – mutta lupaamme, että lopputulos on aina sen arvoinen.
